We understand that travel plans can unexpectedly change. Because our tours require upfront commitments to local hotels, guides, and transport providers, our cancellation policy reflects the costs incurred by us as the departure date approaches.

Cancellation by the Traveler If you need to cancel your booking, you must submit your request to us in writing via email. The date we receive the written confirmation dictates the cancellation charges applied:

  • Standard Cancellation (30+ days prior to departure): You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, minus a [Insert Percentage, e.g., 10%] administrative processing fee.
  • Late Cancellation (15 to 29 days prior to departure): Cancellations made within this window will incur a cancellation fee equal to [Insert Percentage, e.g., 50%] of the total tour cost.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation (14 days or less prior to departure): Cancellations made within 14 days of departure, or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point (No-Show), are strictly 100% non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet minimum passenger numbers. If we cancel a tour, you will be offered an alternative departure date or a full refund of all monies paid to us. We are not responsible for incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking (e.g., non-refundable flights, travel insurance).

Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events that make the tour impossible or unsafe to operate, we will offer trip credits or rescheduling options in accordance with our local suppliers’ policies.
