Prices include only what is explicitly stated in the “What’s Included” section of the specific tour page. Flights, travel insurance, visa fees, and personal expenses are generally excluded unless otherwise stated.

Section 3 – Traveler Responsibilities It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and necessary medical certificates or vaccinations required for your destination. We are not liable for any disruption to your trip resulting from a lack of proper documentation.

Section 4 – Modifications to Itineraries While we strive to provide the tour exactly as described, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, or transport if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, political instability, or logistical issues). In such cases, we will provide alternatives of a similar standard.

Section 5 – Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
